In Loving Memory of Ceci

Cecilia Padilla, 1986-2021

On July 12, 2021, we lost our beloved coworker, friend, and family member, Cecilia Padilla. Ceci was full of light and love. Her energy and professionalism carried the Adlava team through many projects. The heartbeat of our little family, she was at the center of who we are. She fiercely defended her team members and worked tirelessly to go above and beyond for each of our clients.

Ceci was known for her love of nature, music, and spirituality. She spent much of her time camping with friends, rock climbing with her fiancé, mountain biking on a weekend and growing as a Reiki Practitioner and Death Doula. A creative at heart, Ceci's eye for interior design can be seen in our own office space and throughout her home. She truly cared about life, in all of its forms, and desired to help everyone she could.

She leaves behind Colton, the love of her life, along with her mother, father, two brothers, two sisters, and her beloved furbabies. She will be truly missed but never forgotten.

To honor her the best we can, we are starting a non-profit and buying a piece of land in Utah (a place that stole her heart) where we will allow green burials and turn it into a beautiful garden of renewed life. This is where we'd like to bury her. All proceeds donated here will go to her medical bills and burial costs, with any extra going to the green burial garden, something she would have loved to have manifested in her life.
