Previously, the website wasn’t built for user-friendliness. It was difficult to understand and navigate. Additionally, we wanted to make more clear exactly what WaterStart does — like how the company manages tech providers and members and how involved they get in the process. Aesthetically, we knew it could benefit from a more modern, sleek look.
Our first step was to create a website that can be easily navigated by anyone. We highlighted the main purpose of the company and what their priorities are. Next, we created a process for users to sign up with WaterStart to determine how they could possibly work with the company. This was to act as a tool/resource, it made the website more engaging and interactive, and it helps the user better understand what their role is. Additionally, we decided to showcase more case studies, to help illustrate exactly how WaterStart makes an impact with their work.
